Is there a way to create a dvd which autoboots in the xbox360 and flashes the firmware of the dvd drive?
P.s
do you have to hexedit all the iso's?
you can't flash your firmware from dvd. |

if that was possible, you could boot ANY program and would not need a firmware hack in the first place. |

okay for the noobs and newbies like me  Ive found an image on which you can see what xbox360dvd drive you have without having to open up your xbox360 http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/241/drives8ke.jpg2 bad i have a Hitachi  but is it possible for someone to make aclear step by step tutorial with pics if possible for us newbies/noobs.. It will be greately apreciated  Thank you in advanced.. p.s does this mean you can play Jap/ American games on a european console..? |

PS: I have loosed the URL with the compatibility between region games and region consoles... someone has it ?
(I ask it because I'm living in Thailand, Thailand sales only jap XBOX 360)

my 2.4x verbatim blanks actually burn at 6x on my pioneer burner. it loads a little slower (should've burnt slower I guess), but yes, it works like an original aside from that.
and no, the region check is NOT circumvented.

Hi guys just a quick question if I may What is the best method of booting into DOS as I have tried many versions of MS DOS using a floppy to boot but when running Mtkflash I get no drives detected  the drive is shown in the bios as IDE FORTH MASTER TSSCORPDVD-ROM TS-H943A MS25 see image here  Is there a specific way I should be connecting the 360 rom to my PC? please help |

actually you are wrong, it will work IF you have the key of your own drive and replace it in the new drive's firmware.
