NTSC on Pal - Unplayable Disk - Backup to HDD

So I bought a PAL Xbox 360 and spoofed the drive (thnx 2 u ppl)
some of the games worked, others were like: "Unplayable Disk","Region code" or were never considered.

1- Is it possible to play the Unplayable disk (360 game)?

2- How can I play NTSC games on PAL console?

3- Is there anyway to backup games to the HDD and play them from there?

1) no. it'll have its reason why it won't play it.
2) you don't.
3) no. even with the fall dash, which will allow the install of games to HDD, you still need to have the disk in the drive to verify that it's real.

2- I really expected that ( Do the NTSC play PAL games?)

3- Of course I'll need the disk to start but will it work with booted games?

( The laser of the 360 stopped moving ) any ideas?

1) bad media, bad dump, non-stealth, etc.
2) no. region protection will go either way, of course. there's region free games which work on either console, but by far not all.
3) what do you mean "stopped moving"?

It makes laser (laser reads) but it doesn't go back and forth

Also it says "region doesn't match" on region free games that it used to play just fine.
