Banning Mac Address

Hi guys
I know this is xbox related forum but still i had hope that will get some help.
I run a cod4 private server. For the last couple of days a sick hacker is ruining our game. In game cheat stopper software punkbuster is also not detecting him and It is becoming difficult to kick him as due to his hack he constantly changes name and ip ingame.
So i thought the only way to ban him would be to ban his mac address as he changes his ip and name but mac address will remain the same.

If any network expert could guide me on how to obtain his mac address and ban him from my server it would be a great help.

Won't work, mac addresses are not transmitted across the internet.

If he keeps changing ip you could ban the entire address range of his isp.  Bit extreme perhaps and could block bona fide players too but it would work.

That would be more than extreme. I cant ban others for that hacker's deeds.
I heard punkbuster can issue a hardware ban which consists of hard drive and lan serials collection. Any way to do that?
Also the prob is he keeps changing nicks with in game nicks used by other members and keeps changing ip too. The main prob is how to detect the right one. When ever i try to kick of the server, the kick drops on someone else.
If there is a way to detect him that will do something good too.

Kill the server for a day or 2.

People like this get bored easily and will move on to bug another server, then you can take time to talk to PunkBuster about this guy and see if they can help in anyway.

I m trying to secure my server by shifting it to vpn and every user must register their guid number, landline number, name, nick and email id.
Well many users have registered on the forum now and have given their guid id
Now i was wondering if their is anyway to obtain mac through Guid id. I mean if i m not wrong guid id is mixture of hardware keys. Specially lan and hard drive
